Additional Requirements

Minimum 1st Class/Division or GPA 5.00 (or equivalent) across all academic levels.

Fresh graduates or 2–3 years of relevant experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context
About the Position:
We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and motivated Research Executive to support our upcoming projects. This position offers early-career professionals with expertise in Fisheries, Marine Fisheries, or the Blue Economy a valuable opportunity to contribute to major coastal and marine development initiatives across Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform primary and secondary research on fisheries, marine resources, and blue economy initiatives.

Gather, process, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from desk research and field surveys.

Conduct field visits to coastal and marine regions for primary data collection.

Assess national and global policies, frameworks, and best practices for sustainable marine development.

Produce research reports, policy briefs, and presentation materials for stakeholders.

Coordinate and engage with government agencies, industry partners, and coastal communities.

Maintain organized project documentation, assist with data management, and execute tasks assigned by project leadership.
