Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate and design research, evaluation, and organizational development assignments while maintaining effective communication with clients.
- Monitor consultancy activities and ensure the timely completion and submission of deliverables.
- Plan, design, and manage both quantitative and qualitative research, assessments, and evaluation studies.
- Conduct organizational capacity assessments and support the implementation of institutional capacity-building initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of technical proposals, concept notes, research methodologies, and consultancy submissions.
- Develop effective training modules and deliver training sessions for diverse stakeholders and clients.
- Prepare high-quality analytical reports and present key findings and recommendations to clients.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops for public and private organizations and relevant stakeholders.
