Position will be offered to deserving candidates based on experience and competence.
Achieve monthly and yearly retail liability, asset, card, and other business targets in terms of sales volume and number of accounts, while developing a personal portfolio.
Ensure smooth execution of daily banking operations and deliver high-quality customer service.
Maintain a strong and quality portfolio by focusing on client retention, effective relationship management, and a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and offering suitable financial solutions.
Play a key role in branch profitability and achieving overall branch business targets along with other KPIs.
Develop and execute sales strategies across product channels while managing existing portfolio health and acquiring new business.
Prepare credit and business proposals by assessing customer applications, including creditworthiness evaluation and financial analysis.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of customers’ businesses/professions through regular visits, communication, and industry research.
Support and promote marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events with developer companies and other relevant stakeholders.
Manage and control Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and overdue accounts in a prudent and effective manner.
Ensure strict compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and policies set by competent authorities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Perform any other duties as assigned in line with business requirements.
