Job Summary
The role involves meeting monthly deposit targets to support the expansion of the deposit portfolio at SFIL Finance PLC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill deposit collection targets set by management.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients—such as professionals, corporate offices, government institutions, and NGOs—to drive future deposit growth.
  • Promote a range of deposit products and services to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure efficient and timely service.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to all clients.
  • Cross-sell additional retail products, including home loans and auto loans.
