Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall sales operations, including setting territory-wise, regional, and national sales targets, designing incentive structures for field teams, monitoring expenses, and planning tour schedules.
- Organize and lead monthly, regional, and area sales meetings, including agenda preparation and performance evaluation of field force members.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor sales activities to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Implement and evaluate product launches and promotional campaigns effectively.
- Collect and analyze market feedback regularly to stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for improving underperforming markets.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and ensure efficient inventory management at depot and customer levels.
- Motivate, guide, and train team members across all levels to enhance performance and productivity.
- Ensure effective credit management and maintain financial discipline at the depot level.
- Maintain regular communication and relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, NGOs, and customers.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to capture potential regional markets, while minimizing credit notes and overdue accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities and maintain transparent communication between customers and management.
- Resolve sales-related issues through coordination with relevant departments.
- Develop and implement quarterly promotional plans, evaluate monthly activities, and ensure market-based and crop-based training for sales teams.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
