Experience:
- 5–7 years of progressive field sales leadership in FMCG
- Strong expertise in territory and distributor management
- Experience in multinational or large local FMCG companies preferred
Core Competencies:
- Proficient in sales data analysis, market forecasting, and competitor benchmarking
- Skilled in SWOT analysis, route-to-market strategy, and market expansion planning
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing regional sales teams (20–30 members, including ZSI/SO supervisors)
- Hands-on experience in CRM systems, trade marketing, and sales execution
- Balance strategic planning with field-level operational excellence
- High business acumen and performance-oriented mindset
- Expertise in designing and executing channel development strategies to drive numeric and weighted distribution growth
- Experienced in budget planning, sales forecasting, and ROI analysis for regional operations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with distributors and trade partners
- Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting tools (CRM / HRIS / Sales Tracker)
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
- Must hold a valid driving license and be ready for frequent field visits
