Age between 25 and 40 years.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Proven experience in selling consumer goods such as condensed milk, flour (atta/maida/suji), water, edible oil, salt, powdered milk, and tea.
Strong understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and business requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets, contributing to overall corporate goals.
Collaborate closely with the Department Head to implement sales forecasts and strategies in the assigned region.
Visit marketplaces to identify new business opportunities and recommend the appointment of new distributors in uncovered areas.
Monitor, guide, and motivate team members to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
Conduct demand forecasting and ensure adequate stock levels in distributors’ warehouses on a regular basis.
Oversee and monitor distributors’ business transactions daily, coordinating with stakeholders to meet sales objectives.
Ensure proper documentation of all work processes in compliance with company policies and procedures.
