RECEPTIONIST (TRAVEL AGENCY)

Age between 18 and 28 years.

Friendly demeanor with strong communication abilities.

Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, email, and internet browsing.

Able to understand and speak basic English when necessary.

Comfortable managing phone calls, WhatsApp, and client messages.

Previous experience in customer service or at a reception desk is a plus.

Well-groomed, punctual, smart, and professional in appearance.

Welcome and assist visitors and clients courteously and professionally.

Manage incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other communications.

Keep accurate records of visitors and manage client appointment schedules.

Provide basic information about services and direct detailed inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Ensure the reception area remains clean, tidy, and inviting.

Assist with administrative tasks such as document management, printing, and filing.

Coordinate communication with internal teams as needed.

Follow up with clients to ensure prompt and effective responses.
