The role requires strong communication skills, a presentable appearance, and the ability to manage reception activities and administrative tasks efficiently. Candidates with good English-speaking skills will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests professionally.

• Receive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

• Maintain visitor logs and reception-related documents.

• Receive, record, and distribute incoming letters, documents, and parcels.

• Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules as required.

• Provide basic company information and guide visitors to the relevant departments.
