Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for the office, representing the organization in a professional manner. The role includes managing front-desk activities, welcoming clients, and handling a high volume of incoming communications. The receptionist will also assist agents by scheduling property viewings, performing various administrative duties, maintaining office cleanliness, and organizing marketing materials related to properties.

Job Responsibilities:

We are currently looking to hire two intelligent, well-educated female Front Desk Officers/Receptionists to join our professional team at Goldsands Hotel & Resorts Limited, Dhaka. This is a full-time office-based position within a client-focused real estate environment.

The role requires delivering excellent customer service, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth daily office operations between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Ideal candidates should have strong communication abilities, computer proficiency, and prior experience in customer-facing roles.
