Receptionist/ Front Desk Executive

International Medicare Ltd. (IML), the parent company of International Medical College Hospital (IMCH), is a leading healthcare organization in Bangladesh dedicated to quality medical care, education, and patient-centered service. To support its head office operations, IML is seeking a Front Desk Executive to manage visitor interactions, client communication, and general front-office administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

• Manage incoming phone calls by screening and transferring them efficiently.

• Oversee front desk daily operations and keep accurate visitor logs.

• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, emails, and official correspondence.

• Deliver administrative and clerical assistance across internal departments.

• Organize appointments, schedule meetings, and reserve conference rooms.

• Assist with meeting setups, refreshments, and administrative logistics.

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area at all times.

• Support routine office operations and preserve organized administrative records.

 

• Execute additional tasks and duties assigned by management.
