Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support while ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Serve as a central communication point between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented reception area with all necessary supplies.
  • Address visitor inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, redirect them appropriately, and record messages when required.
  • Receive and distribute mail, documents, and packages in a timely manner.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned, including task coordination and schedule management.
