• প্রার্থীর নিজস্ব মোটরবাইক থাকা আবশ্যক।

• যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক ডিগ্রি থাকতে হবে; কৃষি-সম্পর্কিত শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

• সোর্সিং ও প্রোকিউরমেন্ট, কৃষি কার্যক্রম অথবা ফসলের মান যাচাই সংক্রান্ত কাজে ১–৩ বছরের প্রাসঙ্গিক অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

• ধান, ভুট্টা ও বিভিন্ন শস্যের গুণগত মান যাচাই সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।

• Moisture Meter ব্যবহার এবং মৌলিক শস্য গ্রেডিং পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকতে হবে।

• কৃষক ও সরবরাহকারীদের সঙ্গে কার্যকরভাবে যোগাযোগ ও সমন্বয় করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

• রিপোর্ট তৈরি ও ডকুমেন্টেশন সংক্রান্ত মৌলিক দক্ষতা থাকা আবশ্যক।

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and field-oriented Purchase Officer to manage agricultural product procurement, quality inspection, supplier coordination, and collection activities. The role will involve maintaining transparent and efficient purchasing operations while coordinating with farmers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Connect App Management

• Manage the iFarmer Supplier Connect App and regularly update procurement and order information for paddy, maize, and other agricultural products.

• Monitor and maintain records of registered farmers and suppliers through the app.

Point Purchasing & Sourcing

• Procure quality paddy and other agricultural products from designated collection points.

• Inspect product quality, weight, and moisture levels and complete purchases at appropriate market prices.

Farmer & Supplier Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with local farmers, intermediaries, and suppliers and encourage new farmers to use the app.

• Ensure timely payments to farmers and maintain transparency throughout the purchasing process.

Purchase Tracking & Documentation

• Submit daily purchase data, invoices, and payment requests accurately and on time through the app.

• Reconcile physical stock with system records and ensure data accuracy.

Market Monitoring & Field Reconnaissance

• Monitor prevailing paddy and agricultural commodity prices in local markets and prepare regular market reports.

• Conduct field visits to assess market conditions, sourcing opportunities, and product availability.
