🔹 Job Responsibilities
☞ Assisting the Managing Director (MD) in daily official and personal activities
☞ Receiving and properly entertaining guests visiting the MD
☞ Handling phone calls, basic official communication, and assisting with notes/documents
☞ Accompanying the Managing Director on visits and official travel inside and outside Dhaka
☞ Performing administrative and support tasks as required
☞ Following all instructions, guidelines, and official decisions of the Managing Director
☞ Assisting with office coordination in the absence of the MD when required

We are seeking to appoint a Female Personal Secretary for the Managing Director (MD) of our organization. Interested, well-mannered, responsible, confident, and self-motivated candidates are encouraged to apply.

🔹 Salary & Benefits
Trainee salary:  BDT 12,000
After 6 month: BDT 15,000
(Salary increment based on performance, efficiency, and responsibility handling)
