Project Sales Manager (Solar System)

✔ Candidates should have proven experience in Industrial Solar, Off-Grid, On-Grid, and Net Metering projects.

✔ Strong practical knowledge of solar system design, project planning, solution development, implementation, commissioning, and operations.

✔ Strong knowledge and hands-on understanding of ESS (Energy Storage System), including its application and integration with solar power systems.

✔ Experience in industrial solar project execution and the ability to understand and address commercial and technical requirements.

✔ Good understanding of solar energy systems, power generation, energy storage, and related electrical technologies.

✔ Ability to develop efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solar solutions based on client and project requirements.

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.

We are seeking an experienced and technically capable Project Sales Manager to lead and grow our Solar Division. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in industrial solar sales, bidding, solution design, project planning, implementation, and operations. The selected candidate will lead a team and be responsible for achieving the division’s business and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee the overall Solar Division, including sales, solution design, project planning, implementation, and operational activities.

✔ Develop and execute strategies to achieve the division’s sales, revenue, and business growth targets.

✔ Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales and technical professionals to ensure successful achievement of business objectives.

✔ Handle and review industrial solar bidding documents, tenders, technical proposals, and related commercial documentation.

✔ Demonstrate practical knowledge of industrial solar projects, including solution development, project planning, implementation, and operations.

✔ Analyze Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of utilities and develop commercially viable and technically effective solar solutions.

✔ Develop innovative strategies to increase sales revenue, market penetration, customer acquisition, and technical excellence.

✔ Identify new project opportunities and build strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

✔ Conduct frequent site visits to assess customer requirements, support solution development, monitor project activities, and maintain strong client relationships.

✔ Collaborate with engineering, technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

✔ Monitor sales pipelines, project opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential business growth opportunities.

✔ Maintain long-term customer relationships and focus on sustainable and profitable business growth.

✔ Prepare and submit regular sales, project, pipeline, and performance reports to management.

✔ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
