Project Manager (Software Development)

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in managing software development projects.

• Applicants should have experience in Software Companies or IT-Enabled Services.

• Freshers with relevant skills and motivation are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Age between 24 to 35 years.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project, ClickUp, or similar.

• Hands-on experience working with development teams in a software environment.

Job Purpose:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role ensures effective coordination between clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver software development projects from initiation to closure.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and business analysts.

• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues.

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

• Manage change requests and control project scope, budget, and timelines.

• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to clients and senior management.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client and business requirements.

• Support project closure activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and project handover.
