Project Manager - Building Project

Age & Gender: Minimum 33 years of age (Male candidates only).

Educational Background & Experience:

• B.Sc. Engineers: Minimum 10–12 years of robust field experience.

• Diploma Engineers: Minimum 15–18 years of extensive field experience.

Core Competencies: Proven expertise in structural project planning, comprehensive risk management, and multi-tasking coordination skills.

Technical Proficiency: Highly fluent in construction and project management software, including AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, and standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Domain Expertise: Prior hands-on experience in a similar capacity within the civil construction industry is mandatory.

Lead and oversee the construction of large-scale building projects from inception to completion.

Manage project workflows including strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and team coordination.

Utilize specialized experience working on PWD, World Bank, JICA, ADB, or foreign-funded building projects.

Analyze BOQs, technical drawings, project schedules, and daily progress reports.

Supervise on-site engineers, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure construction quality.

Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.

Maintain rigorous site safety standards and implement preventative safety protocols.

Deliver projects strictly within agreed budgets and tight timelines.

Assist in structural cost-benefit analysis and project pricing calculations.
