Graduates from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Bangladesh Agricultural University (Mymensingh), Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University, and Sylhet Agricultural University will be given preference.
Project Management Certification is required.
Certification or training in HACCP, ISO 22000/ISO 9001, Halal Compliance & Food Safety is preferred.
Training in Biosecurity and Farm Management will be an added advantage.
Certification in Aquaculture or Livestock Management is desirable.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in agro-based organizations, including agro-processing, seed/GM, agro startups, farming, fisheries, and livestock sectors.

Effective communication skills
Proven farm management experience
Plan, coordinate, and implement agro and fisheries projects from initiation through completion.
Oversee operations of farms, hatcheries, processing units, and cold storage facilities.
Ensure full compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, and Halal standards.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Liaise and coordinate with relevant government authorities (FIQC, DoF, DAE, etc.).
Ensure strict adherence to biosecurity, food safety, and quality assurance standards.
Prepare and submit project progress reports for management review.
Supervise and manage project staff, vendors, contractors, and laborers.
Oversee accounts management and daily operational planning.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Chairman.
Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
Coordinate closely with Head Office, Capital Management, and Talent & Culture teams.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
