Job Overview

mPower Social Enterprises Ltd. works primarily with government and NGO clients. Effective monitoring of deliverables across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle is critical. This role requires an individual who can take full ownership of projects—from initiation through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and timely, high-quality delivery
  • Assign tasks effectively with well-defined expectations and deadlines
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal teams regarding task progress
  • Proactively identify potential delays and propose practical solutions

Project Execution:

  • Plan, document, and manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including scope definition, requirements gathering, work breakdown structure, timeline planning, and dependency management
  • Use JIRA to track project activities and ensure efficient resource utilization
  • Ensure smooth project handover from the sales team
  • Develop and regularly update rollout plans, resource allocation plans, and budgets
  • Clearly communicate project scope to cross-functional teams (Development, SQA, Solution Design, Training, Finance, etc.)
  • Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Conduct regular quality reviews with the team to ensure adherence to project standards
  • Prepare key documents such as Inception Reports, Project Learning Documents, and other monitoring reports
  • Ensure compliance with standard processes and promptly address any deviations
