Project Engineer (Sr. Executive)

· Oversee daily site tasks to ensure work quality and timely completion.
· Develop project schedules and track execution milestones.
· Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for site execution.
· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
· Ensure compliance with approved layouts, specifications, and safety guidelines.
· Conduct site inspections to resolve deviations and technical problems.
· Manage site resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
· Verify material quality, volume, and correct usage on site.
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly status updates for management.
· Track contractor deliverables and enforce project guidelines.
· Assist in cost containment, estimations, and BOQ updates.
· Liaise with purchasing and inventory teams for timely supply of materials.
· Maintain accurate records of site inspections, work approvals, and handovers.
· Monitor outlays to keep expenditures within the approved budget.
· Implement and enforce site-wide safety protocols.
· Provide engineering guidance during project coordination reviews.
· Troubleshoot site technical issues with practical field adjustments.
· Support final inspections, testing, and project closeout workflows.
