Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee and manage all production-related activities in a large woven factory.
- Coordinate with the planning department to collect and implement the monthly production plan.
- Organize workflows by assigning responsibilities and preparing detailed schedules.
- Ensure the safe operation of equipment and schedule regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Train new employees on the proper use of machinery and adherence to safety procedures.
