Additional Requirements
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be well conversant with MS Word, Excel, and related office tools.
- Graduate Pharmacist candidates must have a valid registration number from the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.
Responsibilities & Context
- Support regulatory inspections and compliance audits.
- Ensure manufacturing processes are aligned with organizational objectives and policies.
- Monitor drug manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Check availability of raw materials and packing materials.
- Ensure weekly and monthly production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Maintain standard yield across all production lines.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygienic conditions in manufacturing areas.
- Maintain discipline and a positive working culture among staff.
- Ensure proper hygiene of production personnel.
- Ensure use of PPE (mask, gloves, shoes) before entering production areas.
- Prepare daily production and operational reports.
- Supervise operators, workers, and subordinate staff.
- Perform other duties assigned by Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager.
