Maximum age of 35 years.
Prior experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred and may qualify for a higher starting salary.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work at any location in Bangladesh.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Self-motivated and proactive in achieving results.
Conduct farm visits, aqua seminars, and farmer conferences.
Energetic, smart, and innovative.
Conduct regular visits to designated fish farms and hatcheries to monitor operations and provide on-site support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with fish farmers, hatchery operators, and customers.
Actively contribute to achieving the company’s overall goals.
Promote aqua products to fish farmers, hatchery owners, fisheries officers, and traders.
Train field staff on aqua products, disease management, treatments, farming techniques, and key selling points.
Support the field team in achieving aqua sales and collection targets within the assigned area.
Organize and lead technical meetings and seminars for fish farmers in the region.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
