Project Support and Service Delivery:
Support the efficient and effective implementation of project services.
Assist the Project Manager (PM) in planning and scheduling activities.
Help identify and select non-farm training needs, such as sewing, handicrafts, tailoring, and block batik.
Organize capacity-building initiatives for staff, FDMN, and volunteers.
Support staff capacity development in collaboration with LSDS and Market actors.
Take a leading role in delivering specialized training sessions.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all training activities.
Assist in providing required inputs for project activities.
Support the PM in budget monitoring by tracking expenditures, promoting cost-efficiency, and ensuring financial compliance.
Market Linkage, MSME Support, Product Promotion, and Exhibitions:
Conduct market analysis and value chain mapping to identify viable income-generating opportunities in camps and host communities.
Coordinate and facilitate 120-hour non-formal technical training in tailoring and handicrafts to equip participants with marketable skills.
Provide training on local market promotion for advanced participants.
Organize quality control training sessions for participants.
Mentor participants in micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) development.
Coordinate one-off business start-up support for participants.
Provide ongoing support for entrepreneurial activities at Community Training Centres (CTCs).
Oversee the establishment and management of product showrooms within camps.
Ensure all training and promotion activities are aligned with community needs and market demand.
Product Development and Production:
Coordinate the operation of product showrooms in camps.
Organize trade fairs and exhibitions to showcase products created by refugee entrepreneurs.
Liaise with stakeholders (e.g., WFP, IOM, local businesses) to promote refugee-made products outside the camps.
Reporting and Accounting:
Assist the project in reporting and tracking all commodities, non-food items, and inputs distributed to beneficiaries.
Support internal weekly, monthly, and quarterly donor reporting.
Collaborate with the Communications Unit to document success stories.
Sustainability and Exit Strategy:
Assist in leading discussions on sustainability and exit strategies with community leaders, government representatives, and relevant World Vision sectors.
