Procurement Manager

Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (such as CIPS or CSCP) are advantageous

5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in procurement or supply chain operations

Excellent negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, and strong analytical thinking

Proficient in using ERP systems and procurement-related software

Develop and execute procurement strategies that support the company’s objectives

Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices

Manage vendor relationships to ensure reliable and timely delivery of products and services

Track inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams for effective purchasing plans

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements

Create and manage purchase orders, supplier agreements, and related documentation

Analyze market trends and pricing to drive cost-effective procurement decisions

Work closely with finance and operations to align purchasing with budget and reporting requirements

Address and resolve supplier-related issues while maintaining detailed performance records

Assist in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
