Responsibilities & Context

  • The candidate must have a strong willingness and passion for learning, along with good observation and understanding skills. Applicants lacking this mindset are discouraged from applying.
  • As per company policies (provided they are lawful), the selected candidate will be required to learn and practically implement all job responsibilities within one year of joining.
  • The working environment includes older, non-automated machines and instruments; therefore, candidates must be prepared to work under such conditions.
  • Performance will be evaluated based on how quickly and effectively practical skills are acquired and applied. Lack of learning attitude may result in discontinuation of employment.
  • After successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be confirmed as a permanent employee for three years, subject to company continuity.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently despite organizational limitations.
  • Ability to collect information from libraries in Dhaka (with permission), internet sources, and other channels, and apply that knowledge effectively is required.
  • Must maintain honesty, sincerity, and adhere to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards within company capability.
  • Responsible for accurate and sincere maintenance of all records.
  • The candidate should have the mindset to learn from existing staff and gradually take on supervisory responsibilities.
