Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Paid Internship – Call Center Agent. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a positive attitude to provide professional support and ensure excellent customer service experiences.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and accurately
  • Provide detailed information regarding:
    • Products
    • Services
    • Company policies
    • Customer procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow approved communication scripts, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets including:
    • Call handling volume
    • Response time
    • Customer satisfaction metrics
  • Participate in training sessions to improve:
    • Product knowledge
    • Communication skills
    • Customer service performance
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and service quality standards during all customer interactions
  • Support team operations and contribute to a positive customer experience
