As we expand our Sales & Marketing team nationwide, we are looking for energetic, target-driven professionals who can help strengthen our brand presence, expand our client base, and drive recurring revenue.

About the Internship

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Intern who will take an active role in the day-to-day digital marketing and public relations activities across our product portfolio.

The immediate focus will be on two key areas: building public awareness that our VAT software is NBR-enlisted and ready for business adoption, and running a focused marketing campaign to generate awareness and sales opportunities for our School Management Software among schools and educational institutions.

The intern will also gain practical experience across social media marketing, SEO, content creation, digital campaigns, email marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, and PR.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan and execute digital marketing and PR activities across the company's four core products, with an immediate focus on creating awareness for the NBR-enlisted VAT software.

✔ Plan and execute a focused marketing campaign to generate awareness, leads, and sales opportunities for the School Management Software among schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions.

✔ Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, reels, carousels, stories, short videos, and graphics, explaining product features in simple and audience-friendly language.

✔ Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.

✔ Develop and maintain a content calendar and coordinate product launches, feature announcements, promotional offers, and marketing campaigns.

✔ Support website and blog SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and creating content targeting relevant search terms.

✔ Assist with email marketing and outbound client outreach to prospective customers, including accounting firms, schools, retail businesses, and trading companies.

✔ Assist in planning and managing basic Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns when budget is available, and monitor campaign performance.

✔ Work closely with the Product and Design teams to transform product features and technical information into clear, engaging, and compelling marketing content.

✔ Monitor and analyze reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign performance across different marketing channels and suggest data-driven improvements.

✔ Contribute to the company's overall brand presence, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy across all four products.
