Candidates with a BBA in Human Resource Management, Management, or Business Administration will be preferred.

Preference will be given to students and graduates of the University of Dhaka, University of Asia Pacific, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Southeast University, and Daffodil International University.

Support the HR team in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Assist with candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.

Support employee onboarding and joining procedures.

Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data.

Prepare HR letters, notices, reports, and official documents as required.

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.

Provide support for daily HR operations and office administration.

Coordinate with candidates and relevant departments when necessary.

Ensure the confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
