Officer/ Sr. Officer (Supply Chain Management)

Prior experience in departmental coordination and surgical item procurement will be highly preferred.

Strong negotiation, supplier handling, and vendor management skills.

Good knowledge of hospital consumables and various departmental requirements.

Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple departmental requireme

Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), obtain Requests for Quotations (RFQ), prepare Comparative Statements (CS), and issue Purchase Orders (PO).

Manage procurement activities for OT, ICU/CCU/NICU, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and General Store.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of medical and non-medical items based on departmental requirements.

Source surgical and medical consumables while ensuring quality standards and expiry requirements.

Identify and manage suppliers, negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with Store/Ph
