Officer/ Sr. Officer - Organic Fertilizer & Seed Sales

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Oversee the sales and distribution of organic fertilizers and seeds within the assigned territory.

Build relationships with dealers across designated areas or districts to acquire new customers, generate sales, and follow up on payment collections.

Establish and manage demonstration plots for organic fertilizers and seeds to promote products and attract potential customers. Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance.

Evaluate and document the effectiveness of Kazi organic fertilizers and seeds on various crops at different growth stages in farmers’ fields.

Organize meetings with farmers, dealers, retailers, and Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) officials at strategic locations.

Conduct market research and prepare regular research reports.

Maintain accurate records of sales, demonstrations, and promotional activities. Submit weekly and monthly demonstration progress reports to the supervisor.
