Officer / Senior Officer- Lean Management

✔ Age: At least 23 years.

✔ Strong knowledge of Lean Management Fundamentals and continuous improvement methodologies.

✔ Practical understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles and tools.

✔ Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagram.

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

✔ Good communication, presentation, and training facilitation abilities.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lean Improvement Executive to lead continuous improvement initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a Lean manufacturing culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve productivity, enhance quality, and reduce operational costs and lead times.

✔ Train, coach, and mentor employees at all organizational levels on Lean methodologies and tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Standard Work.

✔ Monitor compliance with standardized processes and ensure the sustainability of Lean practices through regular audits and follow-up activities.

✔ Promote a culture of continuous improvement by engaging employees and encouraging cross-functional collaboration.

✔ Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis, Gemba walks, root cause analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and other problem-solving techniques.

✔ Track, analyze, and report Lean project performance using relevant KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.

✔ Support the implementation of visual management systems to improve workplace organization, transparency, and operational control.

✔ Benchmark industry best practices and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes and operational performance.

✔ Organize and facilitate Kaizen events, employee suggestion programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

✔ Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of Lean projects.

✔ Perform any other continuous improvement or operational excellence responsibilities assigned by management.
