Officer/ Senior Officer - IT

• Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, software installation, troubleshooting, and basic networking.
• Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and various network devices.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support non-technical users effectively.
• Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
• Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel regularly to stores, warehouses, and other company locations.

The Officer/Sr. Officer – IT will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations and ensuring the smooth performance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across stores, warehouses, and corporate offices. The role will support essential retail technologies, including POS systems and network connectivity, to maintain uninterrupted business operations. The position will also provide technical assistance, support system implementation and maintenance, and help deliver IT services in line with business requirements and information security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, for new stores, warehouses, and offices.
• Support the testing and trial implementation of new applications to ensure successful deployment.
• Conduct regular maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and minor repairs of IT hardware and software.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees across stores, warehouses, and offices.
• Assist with planning and conducting monthly IT visits to stores for system inspection and technical support.
• Provide basic training and guidance to employees on common IT issues, systems, and procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to identify and resolve day-to-day IT-related problems.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data in accordance with established ISMS policies.
