Additional Requirements
- Age must be between 25 and 45 years.

- Must be capable of riding a motorcycle and traveling within the city as required for official duties.
- A valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
- Good communication, coordination, and client management skills will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure regular monitoring and supervision of assigned security posts during day and night shifts.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure quality security services through Security Guards and Post Supervisors.
- Collect client feedback regularly and take necessary actions to address concerns and improve service quality.
- Handle security-related issues promptly in coordination with clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure adequate manpower at all security posts by recruiting and replacing security personnel as required.
- Conduct regular site visits and patrols to monitor security operations and staff performance.
- Arrange and conduct training programs on security, safety, and operational procedures.
- Prepare duty rosters and maintain discipline, attendance, and performance standards among security personnel.
- Prepare and submit regular operational, security, and management reports.
- Maintain regular communication and professional relationships with clients and security staff.
- Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities and promoting company services.
- Distribute company profiles and marketing materials to prospective clients, including garments factories, industries, corporate offices, and business groups.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales and business development reports to management.
- Perform duties efficiently under pressure and meet organizational objectives.
- Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
