Officer/ Executive - Fish Feed Sales & Technical Service

Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across rural and field locations as required.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Meet monthly and annual fish feed sales objectives within the assigned territory.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with farmers, dealers, and relevant business stakeholders.

Manage and expand the dealer network across the assigned area or district while ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Provide technical guidance to farmers and customers on feed application, fish health, pond management, and effective aquaculture practices.

Conduct regular farm visits, farmer gatherings, and product demonstrations to enhance product awareness and drive sales.

Take the lead in arranging farmer training sessions focused on farm management techniques and modern aquaculture practices.

Gather and evaluate farmer feedback, competitor activities, and market developments to support reporting and business strategy.

Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate product availability and timely delivery.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and technical performance reports according to management requirements.

Identify new market opportunities and contribute to dealer network expansion to strengthen overall fish feed market coverage.
