Key Responsibilities

Manage the receipt, dispatch, stacking, and quality inspection of materials.

Prepare and maintain Material Requisition Forms (MRF), Material Receiving Reports (MRR), inventory ledgers, and petty cash records.

Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials to prevent damage and maintain product safety.

Maintain accurate stock records and supporting documentation to ensure proper inventory tracking and control.
