Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Experience in sectors such as garments, restaurants, packaged food and beverages, group of companies, garments accessories, or furniture will be considered an advantage
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Responsibilities & Context
- Administrative Support: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining files, handling documentation, and managing office supplies
- Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and draft or edit emails, memos, and reports with strong English proficiency
- Office Coordination: Assist with meeting arrangements, calendar scheduling, and organizing office events and activities
- Technical Operations: Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare, format, and maintain accurate documents and presentations
- General Support: Receive phone calls and direct queries to the appropriate departments efficiently
Key Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) are essential
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate initiative, and uphold a professional work environment
