Odoo ERP & IT Support Intern

 

• Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP, Python, and PostgreSQL will be an advantage.

• Strong interest in learning ERP systems and business processes.

• Ability to communicate with non-technical users and explain technical features in simple, clear language.

• Willingness to train restaurant and café staff on Odoo POS and provide on-site support during live operations.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.

Cityscape Lifestyle Limited is seeking a motivated and technology-focused Odoo ERP & IT Support Intern to support its Odoo ERP operations, software development, and day-to-day IT activities. The internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real-world business processes, ERP implementation, system support, and technology-driven operations within a professional work environment.

• Assist with Odoo ERP development, customization, and implementation.

• Support Odoo modules including HR, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, POS, and CRM.

• Perform basic Python coding and provide backend support.

• Assist with testing, debugging, documentation, and system troubleshooting.

• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Support database management and system maintenance.

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand and address ERP-related requirements.
