We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Denim Garments Manufacturing Company looking for a responsible, energetic, and dedicated Junior Executive – Compliance to support employee healthcare, medical documentation, and workplace health and safety activities.

Job Responsibilities

✔ Conduct routine health checkups of employees, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and weight measurements.

✔ Provide first aid and basic medical care, including dressing for wounds, minor injuries, and skin infections.

✔ Administer medicines as prescribed by the company doctor/consultant, following proper medical procedures.

✔ Monitor and maintain medical equipment, medicines, and healthcare supplies to ensure availability and proper condition.

✔ Maintain and regularly update the medicine and medical registers accurately.

✔ Maintain proper and confidential records of employee medical treatment, consultations, and healthcare services.

✔ Assist in preparing monthly medical/clinical reports, treatment records, and progress reports.

✔ Prepare and submit timely requisitions for medicines, medical supplies, and other healthcare-related items to the concerned authority.

✔ Assist the company doctor/consultant during medical consultations, employee health assessments, and other medical activities.

✔ Respond promptly and appropriately to workplace injuries, accidents, and medical emergencies, arranging further medical attention when required.

✔ Support the organization in maintaining a safe, healthy, and employee-friendly workplace environment.

✔ Perform any other medical, compliance-related, or administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager or management.
