YOU WILL WORK WITH OUR CONTRACTED  British short-term rental property management company, is looking for reliable and motivated Co-Listing Agents to join our growing remote team.

What We're Looking For

No previous professional experience is required. However, you must have a verified Airbnb account and be comfortable navigating and using the Airbnb platform.

Mandatory requirement:

• An active, verified Airbnb account

Working Hours

We offer flexible remote schedules:

• Part-time: 20 hours per week
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Flexible business hours
• Applicants can choose a shift that suits their availability

Compensation

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will work as a Co-Listing Agent within our short-term rental property management operation. Detailed responsibilities, procedures, and workflows will be provided through our SILK N SILICON instruction manual after hiring.

You do not need previous property-management experience. We are primarily looking for candidates who understand how to use Airbnb and can follow instructions accurately and professionally.

• Can follow written instructions and company procedures
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Has a stable internet connection
