Network Engineer, Technical Support

✔ Age: 25–30 years

✔ Gender: Male only

✔ Strong knowledge of MikroTik routers, Cisco switches, OLT, ONU, and related networking equipment.

✔ Practical experience with routing protocols, including static and dynamic routing (BGP).

✔ Good understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and network protocols.

✔ Strong knowledge of bandwidth management, PPPoE user management, and VLAN configuration.

✔ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot real-time network issues effectively.

✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

✔ Sound knowledge of network security and implementing appropriate firewall rules.

✔ Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and systems 24/7 using Network Management System (NMS) tools.

✔ Coordinate and work with multiple upstream providers, NTTN operators, and Internet Exchanges (IX).

✔ Configure, manage, and maintain routers, switches, OLTs, and ONU devices.

✔ Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to latency, packet loss, and service downtime.

✔ Configure and troubleshoot BGP, VLAN, PPPoE, NAT, and routing protocols.

✔ Provide technical support for day-to-day Network Operations Center (NOC) activities.

✔ Monitor and maintain backbone and distribution networks to ensure network stability and performance.

✔ Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate network and system-related issues when necessary.

✔ Handle incident management, ticketing, and timely follow-ups to ensure effective issue resolution.

✔ Receive and respond to customer calls professionally and provide necessary technical assistance.

✔ Provide on-site technical support whenever required.

✔ Coordinate with field engineers and network teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

✔ Maintain network logs, operational reports, and daily status updates.

✔ Ensure proper documentation and regular updates of the ISP network infrastructure.
