Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Professional to manage distributor networks, drive sales growth, and strengthen market presence across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG sales operations, dealer management, market analysis, and sales team coordination.

🔹 Sales & Distribution Management
- Monitor and supervise:
- Distributors
- Dealers
- Wholesalers
- Retailers
- Departmental stores
to achieve sales and distribution targets
- Ensure proper product distribution, merchandising, and display activities according to company objectives
- Manage both primary lifting and secondary sales operations effectively
🔹 Sales Planning & Target Achievement
- Prepare and implement:
- Monthly sales plans
- Quarterly sales plans
- Yearly sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance regularly to ensure achievement of business targets
- Accomplish sales growth objectives by effectively managing and motivating the sales team
🔹 Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Develop and execute strategic:
- Sales plans
- Marketing campaigns
- Promotional activities
- Support brand visibility and market expansion initiatives
- Coordinate trade marketing activities to improve product positioning and customer engagement
🔹 Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market analysis and forecasting for future business planning
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and product trends
- Analyze competitor pricing and recommend competitive selling prices for products
- Submit regular sales, market, and customer visit reports to management
🔹 Customer Relationship & Field Operations
- Prepare weekly and daily customer visit plans and maintain strong business relationships
- Build and maintain customer databases for effective sales follow-up and business expansion
- Handle customer disputes professionally and coordinate necessary legal or compliance-related issues with distributors and dealers
🔹 Credit Collection & Compliance
- Monitor credit collection and take necessary steps to recover outstanding receivables
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and operational standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations and business execution
