MTO/Executive, Retail & Corporate Sales

✔ Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Sales, Corporate Sales & Marketing, or Retail Stores/Shops will receive preference. Experienced candidates from any academic discipline are eligible to apply.
✔ Must be smart, confident, self-motivated, and proactive.
✔ Ability to understand clients' needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
✔ Skilled in identifying prospective customers and building long-term business relationships.
✔ Strong negotiation and price-handling skills.
✔ Excellent presence of mind and dynamic decision-making ability.
✔ Good analytical, presentation, and convincing skills.
✔ Strong face-to-face and telephone communication skills to effectively engage and convince customers.
✔ Good command of both written and spoken Bangla and English will be an advantage.
✔ Must be proficient in basic computer operations, internet browsing, and email communication.
✔ Candidates with a frequent job-switching history are discouraged from applying.

✔ Willingness to conduct field visits and participate in outdoor marketing activities.

✔ Attend to customers and provide professional assistance at the showroom.

✔ Visit government and non-government organizations to identify business opportunities and develop corporate clients.

✔ Maintain regular communication and build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

✔ Develop and strengthen customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
