- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English, with the ability to prepare reports and communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds, technical knowledge, and a strong interest in solar energy, electrical engineering, and project implementation are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous exposure to renewable energy projects, solar PV systems, electrical installation, commissioning, site supervision, or engineering operations will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and technically skilled Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Implementation Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for aspiring engineers who are passionate about renewable energy, project execution, and technical operations. The selected candidate will be involved in project planning, system implementation, installation support, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordination activities to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of solar energy projects while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Support end-to-end solar project implementation, including site assessment, installation supervision, system commissioning, and post-installation service activities.
- Lead and coordinate field teams during project execution to ensure efficient workflow, quality workmanship, and timely project completion.
- Interpret and prepare electrical single-line diagrams (SLD), panel schedules, wiring layouts, and system connection drawings using AutoCAD and other engineering design tools.
- Participate in the design, analysis, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, electrical distribution panels, substations, earthing systems, and lightning protection solutions.
- Conduct technical evaluations, performance assessments, and troubleshooting activities to optimize system reliability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and successful project implementation.
- Monitor project milestones, prepare technical reports, and ensure all implementation activities are completed according to approved schedules and quality standards.
- Provide after-sales technical support, maintenance guidance, and customer assistance to ensure long-term system performance and client satisfaction.
- Act as a coordination link between the implementation team and company management by providing regular project updates, progress reports, and technical recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering design, installation practices, project management, and operational processes.
