✔ Age: At least 20 years.

✔ Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

✔ Skilled in Motion Graphics, 2D Animation, Motion Typography, and Visual Storytelling.

✔ Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for professional photo editing, image enhancement, and creative asset preparation.

✔ Good knowledge of Color Grading, Visual Effects (VFX), Sound Editing, Audio Synchronization, and Video Optimization for multiple digital platforms.

✔ Experience in creating short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

✔ Hands-on experience with Veo 3 AI Video Generation or similar AI-powered video creation tools will be considered a strong advantage.

✔ Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, Pika, CapCut AI, Midjourney, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

✔ Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

✔ Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a creative team.

Swift Tech Solution is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Motion Graphics & Video Editor to produce high-quality promotional videos, product demonstrations, motion graphics, and engaging visual content for the company's software products, digital marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Create engaging motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and visual content for software products and digital services.

✔ Edit high-quality videos for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, websites, and other digital marketing platforms.

✔ Design and produce animated explainer videos, UI/UX walkthroughs, product demonstration videos, and corporate presentations.

✔ Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Design, Content, and Development Teams to create compelling visual content aligned with campaign objectives.

✔ Enhance videos by adding visual effects, motion graphics, transitions, color correction, sound effects, background music, subtitles, motion typography, and professional finishing touches.

✔ Produce engaging short-form video content, including Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, and other social media creatives.

✔ Ensure all video content maintains consistency with the company's branding guidelines, visual identity, and marketing objectives.

✔ Optimize video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for various digital platforms and advertising channels.

✔ Organize, manage, and maintain video assets, project files, templates, and creative resources efficiently.

✔ Stay updated with the latest motion graphics trends, video editing techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging digital content technologies.

✔ Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, branding initiatives, and social media promotions.

✔ Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

✔ Perform any other motion graphics, video editing, multimedia production, or creative responsibilities assigned by Management.
