Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably from a Leather, Footwear, or Technology Institute.
5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Must be honest, energetic, and highly committed, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Lead new buyer development initiatives, giving priority to expanding business opportunities.
Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies for shoe products.
Independently supervise, coordinate, and lead the merchandising team, demonstrating strong expertise in footwear merchandising.
Oversee costing and pricing of shoe products and conduct negotiations with buyers to finalize mutually acceptable prices.
Monitor production status, sampling progress, and information flow, ensuring timely and accurate updates are shared with buyers.
Manage client accounts from initial inquiry to shipment, including inventory control and supply chain planning.
Handle styles involving special imported materials, ensuring compliance with buyer requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to buyer timelines, maintaining consistent follow-up to meet delivery commitments.
Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure on-time shipment and accurate order status communication.
Oversee quality assurance at all stages of production, from development to final inspection.
Maintain close liaison with buyers and suppliers to stay updated on production progress and requirements.
Ensure thorough knowledge of product development procedures and production processes.
Assign, monitor, and evaluate subordinate responsibilities in line with organizational policies.
Ensure effective planning and coordination to maintain smooth team operations.
Organize briefings, training sessions, coordination meetings, and make timely decisions when required.
Actively participate in factory policy formulation and strategic planning.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
