Additional Requirements

• Maximum age: 32 years.

• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Interest in building a career in pharmaceutical sales.

• Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and maintain time and action calendars for all center production activities.

• Prepare daily production reports by product, purpose, and delivery date.

• Generate section-wise production loading reports.

• Prepare billing, billing projection, and purpose-wise billing status reports.

• Prepare job closing reports as required.

• Generate category-wise staff and worker reports.

• Monitor and report current and non-current stock, raw materials, work-in-process, and accessories.

• Prepare performance and bonus reports for each sub-center and its in-charge.

Safeguarding Responsibilities

• Protect team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation.

• Provide guidance and support to promote a safe working environment.

• Promote safeguarding policies and ensure compliance with established standards.

• Follow safeguarding reporting procedures and encourage timely reporting of incidents.
