Medical Assistant

Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees who are injured or become ill at the workplace.

Assess minor injuries and determine whether further medical attention or hospital referral is required.

Monitor employees’ health conditions, including blood pressure, temperature, and other vital signs.

Administer prescribed medications, provide wound care, and perform basic medical procedures as required.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records and treatment documentation.

Arrange referrals to hospitals, clinics, or appropriate healthcare providers for serious injuries or illnesses.

Ensure first aid kits, emergency medicines, and medical equipment are properly stocked and maintained.

Prepare accident, injury, and treatment reports accurately and on time.

Assist with periodic health check-ups and return-to-work medical examinations.

Promote workplace health, hygiene, safety, and employee wellness initiatives.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies, medical protocols, and company procedures.
