System Design & Implementation:
Lead the planning, design, and installation of mechanical systems—including HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation—for new cold storage facilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with technical standards.
Maintenance and Repair:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for cold storage equipment such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems, including both ammonia-based and Freon-based refrigeration systems. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues efficiently to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Project Management:
Plan, budget, and oversee engineering projects related to facility upgrades, capacity expansion, and installation of new mechanical systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize operational downtime and maintain system reliability.
Installation and Upgrades:
Provide technical supervision and engineering support during the installation of new equipment and the modernization of existing mechanical systems.
Performance Optimization:
Continuously monitor and analyze system performance to improve operational efficiency, energy utilization, and overall equipment reliability.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, industry standards, and environmental regulations. Maintain compliance with local and international safety and food safety standards, including HACCP and ISO requirements.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical records, including maintenance logs, equipment specifications, system modifications, and operational documentation.
Team Leadership & Training:
Supervise, mentor, and train maintenance personnel and technicians to enhance technical skills, improve performance, and ensure adherence to operational standards.
