Main Purpose
The Mechanic Specialist will assess mechanical requirements and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of mechanical works across MSF projects. The position is responsible for ensuring that vehicles and mechanical equipment are properly maintained and remain safe, reliable, and fully operational in accordance with MSF protocols, procedures, and technical standards.

- Permanent employment contract, subject to satisfactory performance and organizational/operational requirements.
- Gross monthly salary: BDT 108,000, based on Level 08 of MSF’s internal salary scale. The salary is fixed and non-negotiable. Applicable income tax will be deducted in accordance with prevailing tax regulations.
- Annual Leave: 2 days for each completed month of service.
- Medical Reimbursement: Medical expenses are reimbursable for the employee and eligible direct dependents in accordance with MSF’s locally recruited staff healthcare policy.
